We were truly sorry to see Charlie and Julie leave – we only wished they could have catered for the entire holiday in St Tropez. Charlie’s food was outstanding: varied, interesting, and consistently delicious. His passion for cooking was evident in every dish and truly inspiring to witness. Julie was equally fantastic, providing seamless front-of-house service. Together, they made a wonderful team and created a memorable experience for us all.
Having Charlie as my private chef made a real difference. He helped me hit my fitness goals fast while still cooking amazing, flavour-packed meals from all over the world. With my Caribbean background, it was a real bonus to have authentic dishes with a healthy twist. The food was always varied, well presented, and perfectly balanced.
Charlie has cooked for us on multiple occasions, including Christmas and dinner parties, and his food is always beautiful and delicious. He’s attentive to dietary needs, easy to talk to, and makes every event feel special. We wouldn’t want anyone else cooking in our home!
